2018 – 33rd Annual Siege of Old Fort Erie

Join us Sat. 11 Aug. & Sun. 12 Aug. (10am – 5pm)  at Old Fort Erie for the 33rd reenactment of the 1814 Siege at Old Fort Erie – Canada’s largest annual War of 1812 re-enactment! Admission to the event, all merchants and all battle displays is FREE. Night Battle at 8pm, Special Lantern Tour 9pm.

Fort tours start in the theatre on the hour from 10 am – 4 pm. Regular admission for entry inside the fort (Adult $12.50, Child $8.15), separate admission for the Saturday Night Lantern Tour.

Battle reenactments, Merchants, Military Encampments…and one very big explosion (during the night battle) as the powder store is hit and the Fort explodes (historically, this Fort was destroyed multiple times – twice by nature, twice by Military)!

We will be on site with the very best traditional medicines (White Buffalo Sage, Minigan Salve, Dit Da Jow Tincture), Haudenosaunee clay pipes, trade silver, Animal Skulls, pelts, wool mittens and much more!
